How to unsubscribe

If you wish to cancel your subsciption, you can go to the settings page, head to the billing section and tick the unsubscribe checkbox.

Your subscription will then be set to expire at the end of your billing period, which is usually the end of the month.

I need invoices. Can I get them?

Yes, just go to your settings page and find the invoices section. We'll issue you with a new invoice every month.

I've had an account before. How can I resubscribe?

To resubscribe, login with your account details and go to the Settings page. You'll then be able to resubscribe.

I've had an account before. If I resubscribe, will everything start working again?

Yes, your articles, audio, podcast feed and bookmarklet will work just the way they did before you unsubscribed.

How can I change my billing information?

If you need to change your billing information, you can do so by unsubscribing, then resubscribing.
